Welcome to AllCalls4Business (AC4B).

We are a family owned business with our main office in Dunedin Florida, yet we spend the majority of our time here in beautiful Cebu.

Dad, Mom and Son all do what we can to make things a win win for all involved from client to family. We have clients that no longer use outsourcing offshore or call centers in the Philippines, yet we became and have remained friends for over 10 years.

In 2004, as prior to founding AC4B, we started out as a client looking for outsourcing solutions.

After an exhausting journey using India for outbound federal loan lead generation, we soon realized he was paying for a Do Not Call List, and minimal clients.

Doing our own research and not relying on the staff and peers we soon found the ultimate destination for voice outsourcing. The Philippines....

Staffing and training  the initial 30 agents, the results were outstanding. Soon ramping up to 90 agents that were outperforming the domestic outbound staff of 125 by 35%.

Payroll was inline and margins were tremendous. SOLD !

After the U.S. Higher Education Act was changed via Executive Order, business screeched to a halt. 

There was still a window of opportunity, yet when the financial crisis hit a couple months later, we needed work and fast.

Having been working with some of the better contact centers (and exposed to some of the less than admirable call centers), he saw a need for a company to assist clients in not only locating offshore call centers in the Philippines, but providing real comprehensive results to those clients.

AC4B does this by directly staffing the clients needs, or locating the proper call center or BPO, for outsourcing offshore in the Philippines. In most cases we help launch and at times manage the team for short or long term.

We also pride ourselves in hiring Americans that are here in the Philippines BPO arena that are between work in offshore call centers or finished their outsourcing projects and / or in need of a long term project.
